Job Summary: Develops and implements procedures and test sheets. Troubleshooting of products’ hardware and software issues to support the testing department. Analyzes test results and makes recommendations to improve hardware and processes. Design and assemble test fixtures as required. Requires a working knowledge of programming and setting up devices. Follow company ISO standards to create documentation. This is an on-site position in Allentown, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• BS degree or a minimum of two to four years of related experience.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years of experience creating test sheets.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Working knowledge of limit switches, servo motors, and multiple sensor technologies is a plus.

• Working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

• Must possess systematic problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
