Product Specialist – Sales Team GAMA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented product specialist to join our Sales team. The product specialist will work closely with account management, engineering and customers to develop innovative and high-quality proposals and manage communications related to semiconductor equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Akrion GAMA wet stations, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Proposals:

• Use Akrion processes to develop technical proposals based on customer requirements.

• Review and agree on technical proposals with Akrion engineering.

2. Technical meetings:

• Support account managers in technical meetings with customers both on-line and at customer sites.

3. Customer specifications:

• Review and negotiate technical specifications with customers.

4. Customer technical contact window

• Receive, research and respond to customer technical and regulatory questions.

5. GAMA Product CIP:

• Relay product line improvement proposals from the field to engineering teams in the factory.

• FMEA familiarity and experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience with installation and maintenance of Akrion GAMA wet stations.

• Familiarity with Akrion drawings and software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organization and evolution:

• Work from home with 50% travel (USA and Europe)
