Akrion Technologies will exhibit at Semicon Europa 2024

Akron Technologies is excited to announce that we will exhibit at Semicon Europa 2024 in Munich, Germany.  The annual semiconductor industry trade show will be open to visitors From Tuesday, November 12 through Friday, November 15th.  Akrion is returning to Munich to showcase our expanded product line for 200mm applications on SiC, GaN, and Si 200mm substrates.  These include,

1. The GAMA wet process platform for cleaning, etching, stripping, and micro-machining applications.

2. The GX20 PVD solution for front and back side metal deposition and barrier.

3. The NMC508 and GDE family of etch tools for SiC, dielectric, poly, and metal etch.

4. The EPEE family of PECVD tools for SiH4, and TEOS processes.
